• Where is the Site exactly?

The site will be held at Mormon Lake Lodge, in the Village of Mormon Lake. This is about 30 miles south of Flagstaff, AZ on SR 487 (Lake Mary Rd); see the Site Info page for more info.

• When is the Event, and when does the site open and close?

Site Opens: 8am - Thursday June 3rd, 2009

Site Closes: Noon - Monday June 7th, 2009

• Is there Pre-Registration Available?

Aye!  And you get $5.00 off the Site Fee! : http://acceps.ansteorra.org/regit/event_main.php

• Are there water and other amenities on site?

Water will be available for purchase from the lodge at $0.10 a gallon.

There are Coin-Operated showers on site. 2 for men 3 for Women. Be prepared to wait in line! Showers cost $ 2.00 for 5 minutes and $0.50 for additional minutes.
